This is my story of divorce. A word I couldn't say for years before and even more after I went through it. The D word carries an unspeakable shame for those in and near its trenches. 

I share my story not as a gory tell-all or a game of blame, but rather as a deeper glance into the actual process of uncoupling a decades entwined pair who share four kids and a life.

It's the really hard, toe curling, cringeworthy steps every person going through divorce lives through. Silently and unheard. Mostly because we just can't spare an extra syllable of energy as we muscle our way through arguably one of the.most traumatic and uncelebrated events of our lives. 

More than anything, it's my hope that sharing my story shows how rolling the dice on yourself wins every time. You'll know when its your turn when Something Just Clicks. . . . .
