Courage isn?t just about doing the obvious hard things like facing death, giving a speech, getting divorced or going on a first date.
Courage is in those teeny tiny micro decisions we make everyday that whisper us along to keep showing up when we don?t feel like it. It?s like a really good coach or parent who doesn?t do the work for you, but shows you the way.
